Selling Adss to Buy Ads

Antonio had a clear headed video about selling banners to subsidize PPC campaigns. I've never been all that comfortable with cold contacting webmasters with offers, but this system really makes sense. I wonder how many sites you would need to contact with a pitch before you had 10 paid banners?
